AGGREGATE PROCESSING SOUTH WALES

Recycled aggregates are produced by reprocessing materials that have previously been used in construction such as concrete, gravel and crushed stone. Recycled aggregates are an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to traditional quarried stone and an increasing number of people and companies are realising their benefits.

Aggregate Processing South Wales

How Do We Process Aggregate Waste?

Incoming aggregate waste is fed into our very own Trommel Screening Plant and via a series of vibrating hoppers, rotating drums and heavy duty fans the aggregate waste is sorted to remove contamination and any non-aggregate waste is removed and processed separately. Stone and hard core waste is then screened, washed, graded and reclaimed for reuse throughout the construction sector.
